Biography (About):
Dr. Saeed Golian was born in 1981 in Shahrood, a small beautiful city in Iran. He got the 481th rank in Iranian nation-wide university entrance exam (among more than 700,000 participants), 1999 and accepted in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Amirkabir University of Technology. Four years later, in 2003, he continued his MSc program in Water Resources Management at Sharif University of Technology. Later in 2006, he came back to Amirkabir University of Technology for his Ph.D and graduated in 2010. He started his work as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering in 2011 and promoted to Associate Professor in 2019. He has published about 38 peer reviewed national and international papers on various hydrological and water resources topics.
