Abstarct: In geochemical studies, various methods have been introduced for measuring threshold elements including fertakle method, Graph modeling the probability and separation statistics etc. In the present research we are intended to compare probability chart model methods and box plot graph and investigate efficiency and accuracy of box plot graph in determining abnormal elements and important separating elements in the region, in this regard litogeochemical graphs and Kalateh Teymore Trenches have been used. This region trenches have been placed in Cheshmeh Noghreh and Sar takht mine. Of Cheshmeh Noghreh region 12 exploratory trenches digging and 77 samples drilled, mainly is the tuff host rock and have mineralized structure Balkalyte, Azurite, Barite, Gallons Asfarlyt, Bornite, Chalcopyrite, Chalcocite, Dyzhnyt, Iron oxides. In Sartakht mine region which is placed in North West of study area .5 exploratory trenches are drilled on Mineralized veins and 25 samples achieved .Its host rock is Andyzyt and in this region Mineralized structures Malkalyt, Azurite, Coppersilicate, Pyrite, Chalcopyrite, Iron oxide are observed .In the first stage data distribution type has been investigated by histograms statistical method and probability chart and box plot investigated. Then addressing threshold level by two box plot graph and probability graph modeling and baxsed on information distribution and data scattering of each element in box plot graph and comparing with diagram modeling the probability act on separating effective elements in these two regions. In this regard, Hg, Sb, Zn, Pb, Cu, AG, au in cheshmeh Noghreh identified as effective elements. In the next stage referring to detective profiles and multivariate analysis acted on separating elements relating to high temperature and low temperature elements .On this basis in cheshmeh Noghreh area two phases are separated which Au, Cu, Zn phases are placed in one group and As, Hg, Ag, Pb are placed in another group. Multi variant analysis result in the Sartakht mine also indicates the existence of two types elements of Cu, Zn, Ag (Sb, Hg) and also Au, Mo (Bi) elements. in Cheshmeh Noghreh area have silver, Arsenic, lead (Molybdenum, antimony) in the box plot graph have threshold area value higher than probability graph modeling. Therefore it seems that Approximatelyone third of thirdquarter (probability modeling graph value) is acceptable too. Also, local threshold value of copper, gold, mercury box plot are significantly less than Local threshold probability graph modeling. It seems that box plot value is more close to abnormal amount and is approximately half of Values modeling the probability plot.In this area measuring Threshold probability graph modeling of Bismot elements, because of Non-normal distribution and log normal is not possible. In Sar thakht mine area because of erelatively high concentration and lack of data gold, Arsenic, copper, lead have relatively high local threshold .generally, box plot graph results and multivariate analysis are equal in most elements and box plot method has ability to separate most elements in area
