Abstarct: Since a building is a complex and nonlinear system, and it can not be considered a specific mathematical model, so one can not use methods that require a model to control a building. The advantage of fuzzy controllers is that there is no need for a building process model. Since energy saving is meaningless regardless of the comfort of the residents, this research has been written using fuzzy logic and international criteria to balance these two factors. 6 inputs and 5 outputs are considered. If-then rules are determined using expert information and precise criterias. The latent and sensible heat changes of the room are obtained using a Psychrometric chart. The energy consumption of each output equipment has been determined and the results have been compared with the thermostat controller and analyzed the energy consumption of the building and the comfort of the residents.
