Abstarct: In order to investigate the effect of different levels of nitrogen, silicon and phosphorus solubilizing bacteria on the yield and quality of cucumber varieties dynamic element concentrations in F1 a factorial experiment in completely randomized design consisting of different levels of nitrogen (0, 120, 240, 360, 480) milligrams per kilogram of soil, Si (0, 1, 5 mg per liter) and phosphate solubilizing bacteria (B0 and B1) consisting of phosphate solubilizing bacteria inoculated and non-inoculated in triplicate in a greenhouse, College of Agriculture, University of Zanjan in 1391, the cultivated soil in pots containing 6 kg of cargo. Results showed that the effect of different levels of nitrogen, silicon and phosphate solubilizing bacteria on growth and yield of cucumber plants contain an average weight, length and diameter of fruit and leaf chlorophyll and is significant at 1% level. With the increasing amount of nitrogen, chlorophyll content increased, but the average fruit length, fruit diameter and weight decreased. Increase the nitrogen content of 480 milligrams per kilogram of soil nitrogen was not only performance but also reduces the performance, but most of the samples treated with 120 mg N kg respectively. Silicon also increases in the growth medium increased the growth and yield of cucumber . So that the highest yield of fruit treated with 5 mg of silicon per liter respectively. Effect of inoculation with phosphate solubilizing bacteria on yield and growth parameters were significant at the 1% level. So that the inoculation of phosphate solubilizing bacteria increased the growth and yield of cucumber. Most of the treatments inoculated with phosphate solubilizing bacteria were measured. Increased nitrogen concentrations significantly increased the concentration of nitrogen, potassium and calcium and lower serum phosphorus, magnesium and silicon were. Increased concentrations of iron and manganese concentrations of silicon and silicon increased copper concentration decreased. Also inoculation of phosphate solubilizing bacteria concentrations, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron and manganese in cucumber leaves increased, but the concentrations of calcium, copper and zinc can be reduced.
