Abstarct: Major issues of cities including chaos and disorder are attributed to quantitative construction violations, Investigating the reasons behind this violations and finding the relationship between the violations and the influencing parameters promote the development of the cities. The study aims at finding the hidden pattern of urban constraction data baxses the discover the relationships between these variables and the construction violations. Data gathering and analyzing were the most significant and the most time-consuming parts of the project with preserving the values of the data being the main priority. In the study methods and approaches of other researchers concerning combined data , the importance of selecting and finding the feature extraction, preparations and pre-procen including techniques of purifying , integrating , data reduction and data conversion have all been investigated. And while assessing the k-mains algorithm an data , the significance of Similarity measures and validity of clusters along with comparison of research out put with the output of automatic PSO and GA algorithms have been considered. Considering the correct choice of the number of clusters and assessing the impact of the number of variables in the result , the research result has been presented in the form of a comparative table with organizing the central feature of each cluster on logical propositions. The study ends with presenting the relationship between the regional price of estate and their area or the relationship between constraction in privancy an unauthorized constraction.
