Abstarct: Knowledge-baxsed companies are one of the influential facts of these days of the country's economy. In these companies, the public environment is different from that of many private and public institutions in the country. These differences are mainly driven by the specific type of manpower and business model of these companies that provide distinctive features. Given the increasing importance of knowledge-baxsed companies in the country's economy and the important role of quality human resources in the success of these organizations, this study examined the impact of organizational innovation on talent management with the mediating role of organizational intelligence. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method and nature of the study it was a descxriptive survey type. The statistical population consisted of Khorasan Science and Technology Park Knowledge baxse companies and all employees and managers of affiliated companies of this center. According to official statistics, 256 companies in the park now have a capacity of 1,500. Using simple random sampling method, the statistical sample size is 305 people. The method of data collection was library and field. The most important research tool was a questionnaire and SPSS software version 23 and AMOS18 were used for data analysis. The results showed that organizational innovation affects talent management with the mediating role of organizational intelligence.
