HA173 : Ranking Organizational Entrepreneurial Factors with Fuzzy technique and fuzzy TOPSIS in the Banking Industry

Abstarct: The purpose of this study is measuring the effective factors on organizational entrepreneurship in the banking industry in Semnan province. The research was descxriptive and conducted in a survey method. The research community is comprised of state, semi-public and private banks in Semnan province, which the National Bank as the representative of state banks, SADERAT Bank as a representative of semi-public banks and Parsian Bank as representative of private banks in Semnan province were selected as an expert community. Field survey and questionnaire were used to collecting information. In this research, 40 questionnaires were distributed among managers and experts in the above mentioned banks and 30 responses were received. In order to analyzing the data, the Fuzzy hierarchical analysis (FAHP) and TOPSIS Fuzzy were used. In this research public, private and semi-public banks are prioritized according to the sub criteria of structural and contextual and behavioral factors affecting organizational entrepreneurship by fuzzy hierarchical analyzes and TOPSIS fuzzy. The results show that the final arrangement of importance of organizational entrepreneurship baxsed on the FAHP method is that the structural factors are placed in the first priority and the contextual and behavioral factors are respectively in the next priorities. In terms of structural, contextual, and behavioral criteria, political and organizational culture subcategories are in the first place, respectively. Finally, in both methods, with regard to organizational entrepreneurs, private banks are at the top of the list and public and semi-private banks are in the next priority, respectively.
