Shahrood University of Technology, hosted Professor Horst Schulte from Berlin University of Applied Sciences
A scientific lecture was given by Professor Horst Schulte from Berlin University of Applied Sciences in two parts: lecture presentation and free discussion on wind turbine control.
According to the Shahrood University of Technology Public Relations, the scientific lecture was given by Professor Horst Schulte of Berlin University of Applied Sciences on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 9th and 10th.
His first program was a lecture on "Detection, Isolation and Tolerance of Flaw Turbines" held at the University Central Library Amphitheater on the campus of Engineering and New Technologies. The event, which was welcomed by university professors and students, was presented in two parts, a lecture and free discussion on wind turbine control.
Professor Horst Schulte, a professor at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences, addressed the need to research and conduct researches on emerging issues related to the transition of energy from fossil fuels to renewables. He then talked about three levels of wind turbines, wind power plants, and networks including wind energy sources. Explaining the basics of fuzzy observer fault tolerance control method was another part of his lecture.
In the second part of the session, the professors and students attending the meeting expressed their views and questions, and the Head of Control at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences found the views expressed in this section very nice and interesting. He carefully considered the opinion of the professors and students attending the presentation and expressed his readiness to cooperate with the researchers present at the meeting.
Visiting the School of Electrical Engineering at the University was another part of his program that took place on Tuesday afternoon. Bilateral and multilateral talks with various faculty members of the faculty, exchanges and visits to the Power Systems Simulator Laboratory were also held during the program, and the participants briefly introduced their industrial and research designs to explore ways of collaboration and researcher exchanges between research teams.
At the end of his visit to Shahrood, Professor Horst Schulte hoped that the visit would be the start of extensive industrial and research relations between researchers at the Shahrood University of Technology and the Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
